One minute contains exactly 60,000 milliseconds. To find the length of a single quarter note in milliseconds, divide 60,000 by your song's BPM: Quarter Note (ms) = 60,000 ÷ BPM. At 120 BPM: 60,000 ÷ 120 = 500 ms. Every other note value is a multiple or fraction of that: half note is 2x, eighth note is 1/2, sixteenth is 1/4. Dotted notes multiply by 1.5, triplet notes multiply by 2/3.
Set reverb pre-delay to a 1/64 or 1/32 note (typically 15 to 45 ms) so the wet reverb tail does not cover the first consonant of the dry vocal. At 120 BPM, 1/64 is 31.3 ms and 1/32 is 62.5 ms.
